Join Our Wild Spa Team at Festivals This Summer!

Are you passionate about wellness, festivals, and creating unforgettable experiences? We’re looking for dedicated, energetic individuals to join our team as we bring relaxation and restoration to festival-goers across the UK. With our wood-fired hot tubs and saunas, we create a sanctuary of calm at some of the country’s best festivals.

We have a variety of roles available, from Front of House and Back of House to Management positions- perfect for those looking to gain hands-on experience in the festival and events industry.

Available Roles

  • Front of House Assistants
    Welcome guests, manage bookings, handle admin tasks, and ensure a seamless, high-quality customer experience. This role also involves general cleaning duties to maintain our high standards.

  • Back of House Assistants
    Oversee sauna and hot tub operations, uphold cleanliness and safety standards, and support the team with manual, hands-on tasks behind the scenes.

  • Managers (Operations, Front of House & Back of House)
    Looking to build a career in events or festival management? Our management roles provide invaluable experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Managers must be available for the full summer, take on higher-level responsibilities, and lead the team to ensure smooth operations.

Additional roles available at select events:

On-Site Social Media – Capture content, post live updates, and engage with our online community.

Sauna Masters – Lead sauna sessions, ensure guest comfort, and maintain an authentic sauna experience.

Who We’re Looking For

We need a team that is reliable, hardworking, and committed—people who love the festival atmosphere but also bring professionalism, positive energy, and a strong work ethic.

Availability: We have a packed schedule from June – September 2025 and are looking for team members who can commit to multiple festivals or even the full summer.

Requirements

  • Must have your own car for travel to festival sites and your own accommodation (tent/van).

  • Must be comfortable with the festival lifestyle: camping, working long days, and embracing all the adventure (and unpredictable weather!) that comes with it.

  • Must be a team player with a can-do attitude and a strong work ethic.
